This documentary is in the first place a selfportrait of Jennifer Fox, a New York filmmaker. During a period of four years she filmed the ups and downs in her own life, but also the stories of women all around the world she met during her work. She asked them the same question; ''What does it mean to be a free woman'' This documentary shows that the freedom to choose does not automatically bring happiness, let alone freedom. Everywhere in the world women are judged by old standards about feminity. I think this is a great documentary, and it made me think. Every woman will recognize herself in this. Recommended viewing!
